Student Forms (part 4): Ministry and BC Public Institution View Form History #5540
Description
As a Ministry User and BC Public Institution I would like to be able to review all the historical data for all forms for each student.
Acceptance Criteria
Ministry Views Forms History
The change should be implemented for both Ministry and BC Public Institutition:
- On Student Profile Create "Forms" Tab after Notes
- Display Forms History the same way the Form History is displayed on Student Profile
