Analysis of institutional collaboration networks

Thank you very much for providing the WoS and Scopus merger—it has saved us an enormous amount of manual work. One small issue remains: when we generate an institutional collaboration network, the output lists only sub-units such as “Department of Pediatrics” without indicating which university they belong to. Could you please add an option to aggregate affiliations to the parent university or research institution so that the final network is based on the overarching organization?

This is a valid feature request.
I've added affiliation-to-institution aggregation to the development roadmap. Will update this issue when implemented.
