While this tools generally seems like a good idea [1] it is used to "dump" data into OpenStreetMap without prior discussion.
You have been told in https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/20033 that such a (potentially) large scale import of data must be discussed with the (Swiss) community.
Would you be willing to make a post at https://c.osm.org/c/107 and telling us a bit more about the data provenance, your tool and the idea behind it?
