Non-data bits and palette offset #33
Description
In the order list, allow in addition to data, forced 0, forced 1, and flip bit.
Below the palette Load button add an "offset" number.
This would allow, e.g. looking at 4-bit data, but setting it to 8-bit to show multiple palettes and select them via offset?
There might be a cleaner way to provide the latter though, like a multi-palette dropdown or something?
