More versatile keyboard/scrollbar navigation

Superb tool; it is a must have. Thank you very much!

The only downside I have found in my workflow is the navigation when exploring large files.

Current behaviour:

• Right/left keys moves one image forward/backward, like the "Next" button
• Up/down keys, or clicking on the scroll bar arrows, moves one image forward/backward (also like "Next" button)
• PgUp/PgDown keys, or clicking on the scroll bar empty area, also moves one image forward/backward (also like "Next" button)

Desired behaviour:

• Right/left keys moves one image forward/backward, like the "Next" button (current behaviour, no changes here)
• Up/down keys, or clicking on the scroll bar arrows, could move one row of images forward/backward
• PgUp/PgDown keys, or clicking on the scroll bar empty area, could move all the fully visible rows of images forward/backward
• Right click on one image could have a "Position to Image" (in addition to the "Position to Pixel" option that already has)

Those would improve the experience of exploring large files in our not-always-large-enough monitors :)

Sure, those suggestions seem sensible. Maybe the up/down thing could be a togglable option, now that Binxelview has saved option support.
