please add the config to enable/disable the alt passive.

I would like to second this, having the alternate passive is not something that interests me for the modpack I'm trying to put together. If it's at all possible, I'd like to see a config to disable it, please.

Sorry, but I just reinstalled the mod to check and there's no such option for disabling or even auto-unlocking Energetic Resonance. All the skills are there and the skin, but not the passive.
