Accessibility Issue: Can't specify left or right alt key 

I'm finding a lot of games don't recognize the basic alt function in the dropdown menu. Not usually a big deal, but Fallout 4 & 76 don't let you remap certain commands such as hold breath (which is hard bound to left alt). Adding left and right alt would be a big help to hands free gamers.
