Report RTL Doesn't working with Partner Language

Hello ,

I've installed report rtl and depends on partner language (Arabic) but the report comes with ltr direction
is there any way to make it work with rtl direction except change the langue ?

is it depends on user's preferences ?

@barsi I've the same issue with odoo 10
the problem is that we want to use partner language not the user language so if I'm printing invoice for a partner who's language is arabic it should print in RTL even if I'm using the english lang.

what I can understand from the code is that the report-rtl uses the user language direction inherited from web-rtl.

BTW, for this reason I've developed web_lang, report_rtl and report_rtl_website modules to the same functions for version 8 .

anyway I will try to fix this issue and commit it here.
