As a bandsy admin I want to be able to view report

Should be able to view the details of a report

Acceptance Criteria
 - Log in as a bandsy admin
 - View a list of reports 
 -  Click a specific report
 - On click, be  redirected to a page containing the details of the report such as time, user in question etc.
