Description
Allow users to report another user after fro the messaging functionality
Acceptance Criteria
- User can report a specific message or a user from the messaging feature
- If specific message is reported the message in question will be part of the report description
- Otherwise a summary of the messaging history will be sent
- Same confirmation steps as As a user I want to be able to report another user #1
