As a user I should be able to view user and listing recommendations #9
Description
Allows for finding other people in common through contacts or otherwise.
Acceptance criteria:
- User can view a list of recommended users/listings based on the following criteria:
- Common followers
- Common follows
- Their profile compatibility and/or similarity
- The listings made by both users
- Previous collaborations
- User can dismiss recommendations, these recommendations should not appear again for a relatively long period of time and until major changes are made to the dismissed user's account
- User can disable recommendations
- User can enable recommendations
