As a user I should be able to follow other users

Following other users to be notified of their actions on the platform.

Acceptance criteria:

• User can follow another user.
• User can unfollow a user that they have followed.
• User can see the activity of a specific user that they have followed.
• User can see the activity of all the users that they have followed.
• User should be able to filter the activity of followed users that is displayed/returned on request.
• User should have the option to be notified of all or certain activity undertaken by followed users.
• User should not be able to follow privated profiles.
• User should not be able to see the activity of users who have set their profile to private. This assumes the user had followed someone while their profile was still set to public and that option was updated later.
