This can run on hg38, but some column labels of the repeat database may be confusing. I plan to make the hg19_start and hg19_end columns have more flexible names, such as hg38_start, GRCh37_start (case insensitive) or just start.

sorry for the delay. We now have some databases available on our devel_bennett branch, at
https://github.com/bahlolab/exSTRa/tree/317e79a1e84a1053ee37668e9ddd9d61ce8e2d8e/inst/extdata

Note the new files still have columns with hg19_start and hg19_end for code compatibility - we are fixing this for the main release.

Hi Rick,
Thank you for the update. Just in time for my analysis. I have fixed the hg19_start and hg19_end column name issue in my local copy of the script. I will be running exSTRa with the new database in the next week.
