[REQUEST] Separate setting for Icons and Cursor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is I am trying to mix Papirus icons with Catppuccin-KDE. At first I just wanted the catppuccin color schemes latte and macchiato, but I see that the installation included cursors. Nice colorful cursors that go with the color scheme. But the problem is the cursors for catppuccin are somehow included in the Icons and there is going to be a conflict with papirus.

In the preferences we can have a separate category for Cursors.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am thinking to put the toggling of the cursor in the bash script, with the help of AI.
