urllib: too many requests error in parallel run #20
Description
while running:
snakemake --cores 1 --config n_cpu=7 run_type=retrieve_ena_read_metadata
it throws this exception:
urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 429: Too Many Requests
leading subprocess workers to die
