Description
Some packages have compatibility issues (cobs-index and itsdangerous) with the latest Python version (3.11)
- update the used packages (cobs-index --> ? ; itsdangerous.TimedJSONWebSignatureSerializer --> itsdangerous.URLSafeTimedSerializer)
- give info on the python version used in the environment.yml
