Create Manifesto Document

The README references docs/manifesto.md, but the file does not yet exist.

We need a short, powerful manifesto describing:

• Why Arka exists
• The values it stands for
• The vision for open video ecosystems
• The commitment to free expression + child-safe experiences

A draft is welcome. Tone can be personal, technical, or philosophical.

Why Arka exists?
Arka surge as a movement with the intention to recover the really heart of internet; decentralized structure, personal websites without algorithms, organic discoveries, an identity separated for your real life, deep and meaningful conversations.

The values it stands for?
Free speech.
Decentralization is our strength.
Privacy by default.
Meaningful content.

I agree with the core themes you listed:

• Decentralization

• Meaningful, human-centered content
• Organic discovery without algorithms

These are all aligned with what arkA aims to restore:
a simple, open protocol for video, not a platform.

What I’d love to do next is:
1. Create a docs/manifesto.md file
2. Add your draft as Draft 1 inside it
3. Continue iterating together as the protocol evolves
