Create arka-play MVP Client

Goal: create minimal web client.

Requirements:

• HTML + JavaScript
• Load static index.json
• Display video list
• Play video in HTML5 player
• Works on GitHub Pages

First pass of the arka-play MVP is now deployed:

Current MVP features:

• Pure static HTML/CSS/JS
• arkA metadata block at the top of the page
• Single “hero” video loaded from IPFS via HTTP gateway
• Simple form where you can paste your own gateway URL (or raw CID) and play it through the same client

Next iterations will be tracked in new issues (UI polish, playlist support, multiple storage backends, etc.), so I’m closing this one as done. 🎉
