Do not updated my forks branches

When I added a new branch on my fork:

1. I had gone to the backstroke dashboard to set this new branch as default branch to receive updates.
2. However the new branch does not showed up on the dropdown list.

Then I deleted my forks URL and repasted it. Then it showed the branches, however the dropdown list is strange:
