Quick label defaults

@grubmanItay introduced the new feature "quick labels"

I love it because half the time I'm just asking the AI to clarify things.

I think it'd be good to discuss the proper defaults and an order of those that we should apply more generally.

How about an "Alternatives to this" kind of label? Would be useful for me but no idea if itd be useful for other users

Something like make consistent with rest of codebase? 😄

Also, I'm having an agent evaluate my ~/.plannotator/plans directory where the annotations are stored. Could be rich insight here for others as well.

I think "Update Claude docs" label is also useful, I find myself constantly reminding it to keep CLAUDE.md and README docs in sync.
