Does this project follow semantic versioning? #668
Description
Release 3.1.11 contains a new feature: https://github.com/b13/container/releases/tag/3.1.11
According to the Semantic Versioning 2.0.0 specification, the minor version number needs to be incremented when new features/functionality is added. Instead of 3.1.11, the version number should have been 3.2.0.
Was this an oversight, or does container not follow this versioning scheme?
