Feature Request: Support for Custom Helm Chart Repositories

Summary

As an Azimuth user, I would like the ability to add custom Git repositories in the webui and only for my tenancy, containing my own Helm charts so that I can deploy applications beyond the default chart catalog provided by Azimuth.

Use Case

Currently, Azimuth appears to work with a predefined set of Helm charts. However, organizations often have:

• Custom internal applications
• Modified versions of public charts
• Proprietary services that need to be deployed only in my tenancy

Being able to reference external Git repositories would allow users to:

• Deploy custom applications through the Azimuth interface
• Maintain their own chart repositories separately
• Have full control over chart versioning and updates
• Integrate tenancy deployments into their Azimuth workflow
