Charts not updating correctly after habit completion

Bug

Analytics charts (daily/weekly/monthly breakdown) do not reliably reflect the latest habit completion data.

Expected behavior

All charts should update immediately when:

• A habit is marked complete
• A past habit is retroactively logged
• A habit is deleted or edited

Acceptance criteria

• Daily chart updates on completion
• Weekly chart aggregates correctly
• Monthly calendar reflects accurate history
• Streak counts match chart data
