Configurable settings

The settings are read-only at the moment (unless you modify the code). Enable user input to settings as following:

1. Let choose the grade level
2. Research Australian curriculum and assign settings to grade levels

I.e., if you choose Year 3, settings should be preset to, e.g., max addend = 30, square root = disabled, etc.
