hi there
is there any more details you can share on how to best set the -sz and -st theresholds for datasets? particularly for lower resolution calls? the documentation says that -sz is set for a 5kb resolution. what about if we want to go smaller? what should we set it to?
the manuscript also defines a sigma-zero and a scales/levels value. should the scales value be adjusted for other datasets? if so how?
