The off-canvas menu doesn't work on iPhone

The off-canvas menu doesn't work on iPhone. My blog uses the Ghostion theme and if I click the menu on firefox on windows it works, but if I do it on my iPhone nothing happens.

I've created a fix for it and raised a pull request.

Same problem here. Unfortunately "href='#' + aside" didn't fix it for me. :(

I've created a new version of Ghostion called FauxGhost with hopefully this fixed for everyone.

Feedback/issues/pull requests etc. all appreciated.
