Add tag to projects created through CodeCatalyst Blue prints that helps to identify the projects

Projects like https://github.com/Lock128/static-website-content that are created through CodeCatalayst Blueprints should get topics added that make it easy to find the projects through searching "topics" so we can identify them by default.

@Lock128 thanks for the feedback. Were you envisioning that on the List Projects page you would be able to infer functional aspects of the project (such as hosting blueprint source code)?

I'm not sure - the initial idea would be to be able to recognize projects that are created in github from a specific blueprint which increases the visibility of the functionality itself and of codecatalyst as a whole.

It also gives a chance to see what kind of blueprints ppl are using and how they are afterwards tweaking the code ;)
