HelmChart 'flux-system/nginx-nginx' & 'flux-system/redis-redis' are not ready

After following the steps at Install the application on dev, I experienced the error message below both in KIND and EKS environment.

flux get helmreleases --all-namespaces
NAMESPACE	NAME   	REVISION	SUSPENDED	READY	MESSAGE
nginx    	nginx  	        	False    	False	HelmChart 'flux-system/nginx-nginx' is not ready
podinfo  	podinfo	6.3.6   	False    	True 	Release reconciliation succeeded
redis    	redis  	        	False    	False	HelmChart 'flux-system/redis-redis' is not ready

Tried to check the logs in helm-controller pods, and no useful error message.
(KIND) Kubernetes version 1.23.13.
