idp-deploy.yaml CloudFormation fails at DataScienceApp, Invalid AppType

During Cloudformation run of idp-deploy.yaml
Create Failed at step "DataScienceApp"
Resource handler returned message: "Invalid request provided: Invalid AppType [KernelGateway]. This AppType has been deprecated." (RequestToken: d180a272-059e-6304-2481-e7bc02fd354c, HandlerErrorCode: InvalidRequest)

Removing the DataScienceApp resource in the CloudFormation YAML file will resolve this error. I have submitted this fix as PR #55.

I have since noticed PR #54 also fixes this issue in a more comprehensive/elegant way (changing to JupyterLab Spaces instead of Sagemaker Classic).

Either should help anyone stuck here move forward.
