Minor Updates Needed to the Workshop Content

Hi,

We need to make some minor updates to the MQ Workshop content to keep it up to date.

1. The step on Workshop Setup "https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-mq-workshop/blob/master/labs/lab-setup.md" needs to be updated by the following:
   a) New CF Console Screenshot to show the Cloud9 user id and password
   b) Ask the user to create a user id and password for Cloud9User and Cloud9Password

2. Inside the Lab 2: Using Point-To-Point Messaging Using Queues, where we ask the user to click on the Cloud9ConsoleURL with their user id and password, please add a note that this link will work only outside the VPN. We should also investigate why the link is not working inside the VPN.

3. Inside the Lab 5: Set-Up Amazon CloudWatch to Monitor Our Broker, CW Alarms screenshots need to be updated as currently they show the old layout of CW Alarms.

In the most recent commit, the issues 1. and 2. are resolved. Working on 3. will let you know once that done. Thank you.
