Several discussions and demonstrations of A4E have uncovered the need for a notification tool that could be generically used by agents. For example, being able to send the summarized results of a discussion to a colleague: "Can you summarize this information and send it to Pamela Plantmanager?"
This tool could have access to a contact list for the department/organization where it could lookup email addresses or phone numbers and send emails and/or text messages. This could also be incorporated into background system-triggered agentic workflows.
