Failed to create stack when creating new VPN deployment option

Hi,

I was trying out this quickstart-github-enterprise deployment guide using the choice to create a new VPC and ran into the following error during the stack creation process:

The following resource(s) failed to create: [GitHubWaitCondition].

After stopping the rollback on failure in Advanced options during the setup, I can see that it looks like all resources were created successfully except an AWS::CloudFormation::WaitCondition resource which timed out.

After disabling the rollback on stack creation failure and trying again I discovered all AWS resources including the GitHub Ent instance succeeded. What didn't succeed is configuring the GHE instance itself (license, management console password, admin user, initial org/repo). But I ended up configuring those myself and appear to have a working GHE instance.

Hi @ecastle, can you please elaborate on how you configured that? I am currently facing the same issue.
