Line length inspection no longer accurate

The plugin currently looks for and flags as an error any code line that extends beyond 52 characters. The most recent patch (Printer Instructions: Sugar, Cocoa, and Cake) is noted as expanding this limit to 80 characters per line.

Thanks @kaedys, I know I've not been the most responsive repository owner lately. I'll try and get around to updating things shortly when I find a bit of free-time. Feel free to make issues if you spot things, list features missing etc. Loving all the new updates coming in Stationeers :)
