Feature: Time Off & Bank Holiday Adjustments

Summary

Support bank holidays and annual leave so required minutes/hours are reduced based on a user's scheduled working days (including compressed hours).

Problem

Weekly required minutes don't currently account for:

  • bank holidays
  • annual leave (full/partial)

Proposed Approach (High Level)

  • Track time off and public holidays per user.
  • Adjust weekly required minutes based on scheduled working days.
  • Support partial‑day leave.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Weekly required minutes reflect holidays and leave.
  • Compressed hours users have correct deductions.
  • Partial leave deductions are supported.
  • Non‑working days are visible in the week UI.
