Feature: Time Off & Bank Holiday Adjustments
Summary
Support bank holidays and annual leave so required minutes/hours are reduced based on a user's scheduled working days (including compressed hours).
Problem
Weekly required minutes don't currently account for:
- bank holidays
- annual leave (full/partial)
Proposed Approach (High Level)
- Track time off and public holidays per user.
- Adjust weekly required minutes based on scheduled working days.
- Support partial‑day leave.
Acceptance Criteria
- Weekly required minutes reflect holidays and leave.
- Compressed hours users have correct deductions.
- Partial leave deductions are supported.
- Non‑working days are visible in the week UI.
