Support compressed FITS files #87
Description
Pipeline currently only work with uncompressed FITS files. This is annoying because:
- it requires more disk space
- data downloaded from the ESO archive is always compressed
Support for compressed FITS file would be convenient, although it will make the pre-processing slower.
