Updated guide?

Hi!

I was just looking for a tool to align 2 ebooks of different languages, and I stumbled right onto this right after you’ve pushed an update for the first time in a few months! I was wondering if the instructions in your guides from 2021 still work. I’m trying to align English and Hebrew ebooks, so I was also hoping to use bge-m3 embedding model. I see you added HF SentenceTransformers support, so I hope that would cover it.

Also, what is the status of this project? Should I expect an updated guide in the future?

Also I'm not sure that bge-m3 would be better than LaBSE for en-he pair.
