end_of_ball #3

Hi there, just have a question. I read the repo to learn about designing a pinball game.
In https://github.com/avanwinkle/masseffect2/blob/master/modes/game/config/game.yaml#L40 there is a reference to end_of_ball. But I can't find a show or anything else named end_of_ball. How does it work?
