[Feature Request] Option to setup authentication for github api calls

There should be an option for authentication using personal access token or OAuth.
This will be helpful in increasing the api rate limit.

It seems auth token can be sent in the request header.
The current plan is to look for a GITHUB_GITCOMP_TOKEN environment variable. If it exists, we use it. Otherwise, we'll just make unauthenticated requests
