Support user-provided SSL cert #2
Description
#1 implements Let's Encrypt SSL support from the Nginx base image, but does not have any support for user-provided SSL certs.
This ticket is to implement that support here, pending autopilotpattern/nginx#38, which proposes adding it to the base Nginx image.
