Working with events ( play, pause, change keyFrame, add marker )

Hi,

I'm trying to get some events from premiere pro

I want to get those events.

• When a user clicks the play button (on playback)
• when a user clicks the pause button (on playback)
• when a user changes the keyframe (on playback)
• when a user adds a marker
