lxe is not working in rhel93 or Ubuntu 22.04

I was verifying latest lxe with rhel93 or Ubuntu 22.04 node. But lxe is unable to create container.
k3s agent is working fine with version v1.30.5+k3s1, but not the latest ones. This scenario is tested in rhel 88. lxe code is the latest tag.
