Updates for compatibility with other libraries

List of improvements to make it easier to include Topolys in other libraries

- Add topolys prefix to version.rb or remove the file (common file name conflicts with others)
- Add license to each file, https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-extension-gem/blob/develop/lib/openstudio/extension/runner.rb#L515
