Summary
Create an AutoKitteh project that processes customer support emails and creates a comprehensive ticket management workflow.
The solution you'd like
Create a system that:
- Monitors Gmail for emails with specific labels (e.g., "support", "customer")
- Analyzes email content to categorize issues (billing, technical, general)
- Creates corresponding Jira tickets with appropriate priority and assignment
- Posts notifications to relevant Slack channels based on issue category
- Tracks ticket status and sends follow-up notifications
- Handles email threading to update existing tickets
- Provides Slack slash commands for manual ticket operations
