Summary

Create an AutoKitteh project that processes customer support emails and creates a comprehensive ticket management workflow.

The solution you'd like

Create a system that:

  • Monitors Gmail for emails with specific labels (e.g., "support", "customer")
  • Analyzes email content to categorize issues (billing, technical, general)
  • Creates corresponding Jira tickets with appropriate priority and assignment
  • Posts notifications to relevant Slack channels based on issue category
  • Tracks ticket status and sends follow-up notifications
  • Handles email threading to update existing tickets
  • Provides Slack slash commands for manual ticket operations
