Repo names aren't generated exactly right #5

Not sure why this is but we are getting deb http://debian.example.com/debian project project-stable instead of deb http://debian.example.com/debian project testing. The latter is preferred for brevity and non redundancy.
This is something I got right on the aptly watcher package, but debweb is using someone elses aptly lib which may be doing things a bit differently.
