Make better tests for repo

Currently there are none for views or commands so we should test those to lock down the progress.

~~Other issue is that the static file tests don't hit the refresh part which when on live youtube it does, so we skip a whole important section of testing.~~ **Completed in [#21]**

Add tests for all views.
