[BUG] Dash To Panel effecting application blurring #838
Description
When using application blur on all windows and running dash to panel extension, when the panel / dash auto hides the applications all remove the blur effect. The second I un-hide the panel, the blurring comes back. The same thing happens if I right click a window or get a notification. It's very odd.
