[BUG] Blur disappears after moving a window (that has a child, and focus is on the child) to the left upper corner. - also 1 more issue

there's an issue, when i move a parented window to the left upper corner of the screen, the blur on the parent window disappears, as shown on the screenshot below

also the blur seems to stay static on the parent window if it has a child
not changing the background when i for example change the window to another with a different color
as shown on the screenshot above

closing the child window, makes the blur go back to static (i hope this is an easy fix, but also fear the embarrassment )

(i'm running on Gnome 49.3)
