[FEATURE] Support for Switching to 5G/4G Both

Problem Description

Currently, we have to switch to 5G/4G both via settings app.

Proposed Solution

Add support for both 5G/4G instead of just 5G only and 4G only.

All the devices doesn't support VoNR, which is why I need to have LTE as well while calling specifically.
