Unfortunately, adding a direct ADB method isn't technically possible right now due to how Android's security is designed.

The function required to change the network mode is protected by system-level privileges, which are a higher level of permission than what the standard adb shell provides. This is a security measure built into Android itself. This is exactly why the app uses Root and Shizuku—both methods are specifically designed to grant the app the necessary elevated privileges to make these kinds of system changes.

While a direct ADB feature would be much more convenient, i'm limited by what Android allows. That said, I am still actively trying to find a way to allow a direct ADB method, and will implement it if a viable workaround is discovered. For now, Shizuku remains the only method for non-rooted devices.

Update on ADB
I've looked into it further. Using adb does work, but my testing shows the network mode change only applies after a full device reboot. This would be a major hassle.

We need to find a way to refresh the radio/telephony service without a reboot. I'll be investigating methods to do this. This looks promising, and I will keep this issue updated with any progress.

as far as i knew the adb mode should work without reboot sending the phone in aero mode and back to normal (always via adb command).

If I can suggest, you should try to implement it alongside or as an alternative to shizuku mode (if it works sending automatically it in aero mode and back to normal after changing).

Also, I guess the owner of this post was refering to the possibility to GRANT adb permission to your app instead of using shizuku, as many other apps do. If this could be enough to send commands you already send in the shizuku version, but with a major grant permission. This could be great so we don't need to have debug wifi and shizuku alway open in background and wifi always enabled. (as far as I remember it should be "adb shell pm grant APPNAME android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS )
