Disabling of "Internal SD-CARD" in BIOS prior to UCP installation

There's been some trouble had with extra disks labeled "Internal SD-CARD" being left enabled on servers that UCP is being deployed to. As they've served no purpose for our particular Use Case, we've gone ahead and disabled them after it was found that MaaS was having trouble finding/properly identifying them, leading to a failed deploy. This is likely something that should be handled early on in the deployment process, simply to remove the possibility of a failure. In addition, it would likely be worthwhile to document this recommendation or at least bring some notice to it.
